What To Do For Having Emotions And Rage Breakouts In Family But Totally Opposite Outside?

Hello, I am a 17 yr old girl. While growing up i have had numerous emotional and rage breakouts with my family. My parents consider me a very hot tempered child who often manipulate things to get work things done (these are the exact words that have been said to me directly) The contradictory thing about this is that i am totally opposite outside.I am often called as an extreme introvert.
