It might not be related to the ecosprin. Most likely thAt it is dub or uterine fibroid
Please get ultra sound pelvis done
Meet a gynaec
For now take tab pause mf twice daily to reduce bleeding but don't take this a treatment
Have a healthy life

Read your prob , bleeding from uterus at 74 yrs of age , may be this is due to thicking of uterine wall. most common side effect of ecosprine is bleeding , it precipitate the bleeding. she should stop ecosprine n get sonography for rule out the cause, n after consulting your doc start medicine like tab methargin. it helps in subsiding bleeding.
