What To Do If Child Is Having Urinary Incontinence And Is Unable To Control It?

I dont know what to do... Every morning when i wake up, my underwear it wet.
When im going to school, then also my underwear goes sometime wet, not always, but most times.
It feels to be like very small pee, but i cant stop or controll or feel when my underwear goes wet. I dont know what... What should i do? Why my underwear is everyday wet? How can i stop this?

Urinary tract infection may be the in some cases .
Get the urine examined microscopically and treat if there is infection.
Urinary incontinence may be due to delayed deveopment of control over the bladder.
In such cases Imipramine hydrochloride helps.
Better consult pediatrician and get him investigated.
