Hy, my 9 years daughter received 7ml of oral prelone 15mg at 3pm with 10ml of benadryl as profilasis for a posible alergic reaction. the problem is that i gave her at 10pm ( every 12hr) an other dose of 7ml with 10ml of benadryl, but is supose to give the prelone at 3:00am.

There are a serious effect on her, what should I do ?

hi thanks for your question.

one extra dose like this is unlikely to cause any significant problems. I would simply start the dosingn regimen again in the morning.

best wishes
