What To When Feeling Dizzy After A Head Bruise Due To A Slip?

my husband slip and felt he hit face first he was uncontious when he got up water come down his nose he said it was really salty. He feels really dizzy when he stands up he feels like fainting and more water comes down his nose. he also feels like vomiting. I m very worried i don t know if i should take him to the hospital.

Hi,
He has suffered a significant head injury. The fluid draining from his nose may be cerebrospinal fluid. I suggest you take him to the ER. He will need investigations such as x-rays, scans and blood tests.
