What Treatment Is Suggested For Cough,running Nose And Viral Infection?

Hi Doctor, My Son is having Cough with flem, vomiting at times, pain in stomach, runny nose with thick mucus for last 1 week. I consult a pediatrician and he told my son got viral Infection. He prescribed Resyl and one Expectorant cough syrup for 1 week. My son got better but still he cough at times and lil bit runny nose is there. Should i start with any Antibiotics, Doctor

physical rest, anti allergics for cold, paracetamol for fever, warm water to drink. if the symptoms does not come down depending on the age consult a physician for above 12 years and paediatrician below 12 years.
