What Treatment Is Suggested For Fever Of About 101 Degree F?

my child is 12 years old.. he has temperature around 101 degrees fahreheit i do not hav crocin but i do have a syrup - Fepanil 250 (Acetaminophen oral suspension I.P) 60 ml (Veritaz healthcare ltd) is a dose of the above mentioned medicine recommended? and if yes how much?
