What Treatment Is Suggested For High Fever?

My daughter who is 19 months have fever and dry cough for last 5 days . Fever range from 100 -103.9 range. We given Crosin drops, every 6 hours and also medicine called Clamp suspension antibiotics to reduce the fever and continued the crocin drop. Now on 5th morning her fever was completely gone , but she was having loose motion and then at night again fever shooted to 99.9... Is this because of here teeth grow or any other issue? Can we given crocin drop again ? Is it advisable to give crocin drops for more than 6 days..?

Hi welcome to health care magic forum.
Your daughter aged 5 years was given clamp, as an antibiotic, it has got the side effect of gastric irritation, hence had the loose motions, or may be due to the infection it self.
Again she had temperature, when ever she has temperature you can give, crocin, no limit for it.
You should not continue the clavum. as there is possibility of loose motions with it.
I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms ofloxacin syrup, and paracetamol, and lactic acid bacilli.
Wishing her a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
