What Treatment Is Suggested For Shooting Pain At The Pelvic Area?

I am 40 years old, got a Nexplanon implant about a year 1/2 ago, since then I have had very little to no periods. Starting about 6 weeks ago, I have had constant bleeding, some days light, some days heavy with clots at times. I get shooting pain in my left pelvic area at times, and have had very painful lower back, pelvic area spasms??

Your symptoms seem to be a result of the implant, which can have such undesired side effect.s I would suggest a visit to your prescribing doctor for further management as these side effects can result in other complications as well.
