my son is 5months old and is suffering from choanal atresia and for the past 2months he is not gaining weight neither loosing.what must i do?

it will be corrected by surgical definitive treatment through transnasal or transpalatal approach. its usually done at 1 and half years.if needed initially treated with
an oral airway, McGovern nipple.consult your ent surgeon about it. take care
