When Do Prednisolone Start Working After Being Injected?

I received my 2nd injection of prednisolone yesterday to treat osteoarthritis in my neck, pinched nerves in my neck are causing me to have numbness in my left arm and thumb and a tight sore neck causing me pain when moving my neck side to side or up and down.

My question is, when would I typically feel effects of this injection? What should I feel or not feel?
