Hello doctor, my son is 4 months now..he looks very slim but hvng good height ..his weight is 6.5kg. .is it ok..and as I m woking he takes formula in morning n I m back in afternoon he takes breastfeeding
After dat till next morng..he takes nan 1 ..n also tell me when should I start cereals or cerelax

Continue breastfeeding and if needed formula till 6 months of age.
Complementary feedimg is to be started after six months of age.
