When To Repeat Advil If One Has Vomited The Previous Dose?

My daughter is 5 1/2 years old she have a high fever of 103.1 and coughing I gave her Advil and then 10 mins later she puke it out should I wait another 6 hours to give her another dose again? Her temperature went down a little bit. Not sure what to do

Hi,
It seems that part of the medicine is vomited out as there is temperature went down.
But if still temperature is there, give her half the dose of Advil.
There is no need of waiting for 6 hours.
Give her plenty of water.
Ok and take care.
