When Will The Stabbing Chest Pain Go Away After Stopping Clarythromycin?

I am experiencing sharp stabbing chest pain after taking clarythromycin. I stopped taking it after 3 doses when the stabbing pain became extremely frequent and debilitating. It has bee nearly 24hours, and the symptoms seem to be fading (1-3 stabbing pains per minute last night, 1-3 stabbing pains every 10min or so) how long until the chest pain goes away completely..this is terrifying

Hello.I understand that the prescription of clarithromycin is due to be suffering from bronchitis or pneumonia. Pain is probably due to these pathologies, not related to the intake of clarithromycin. Go to your doctor as soon as possible to be examined again.I wish you good health.
