Which Specialist To See If The Dark Spot Has Recurred After Having Focal Early Stromal Invasion For Actinic Keratosis With Severe Keratinocyte Dysplasia?

I had a dark spot removed in 2009 on my right arm which showed actinic keratosis with severe keratinocyte dysplasia with focal early stromal invasion. The surgeon said to come back if I have any problem. The area on my arm has turned and I'm looking for a doctor in Rome or near Rome to look at it again. Not sure what kind of doctor/surgeon I need to see.

Hello,
Welcome to healthcare magic,
Recurrence of an excised actinic keratosis should be treated with caution. Squamous cell carcinoma should be ruled out. Excisional biopsy is advisable and you should see a general surgeon for the same.
Hope this helped,
Take care.
