Whom Should Be Consulted For Low Platelets, Mouth Sores, Loose Dentures And Receded Gums?

As the result of a serious illness (very low blood platelets , less than 10, I suffered severe mouth sores. My gums have receded and implanted dentures have become exposed and loosened. My dentist has recently retired and my question is what kind of specialist should I see. Thank you for your help.

Hi,
thanks for asking the query..

Take lukewarm saline rinses.
Take multivitamin suplements.
If the denture is ill fitting consult to an another Dentist and get a checkup done, if required the denture can be trimmed and polished.
