Why Am I Getting Pregnancy Symptoms And Test Results To Be Negative?
Im 3 days late, Im experiencing Moodswings, cramping, very sore and sensitive nipples, little constipation and my right lymph node is swollen..not sure if that is a sign or not, but im also having trouble staying asleep after 5 hours. I took a First Response pregnancy test today and it came back negative....Is it still possible im pregnant? Or whats going on with my hormones? Thanks
All the symptoms you describe are found in pregnancy but also are common when your period is late because of the buildup of hormones in your body. Sometimes women do not ovulate in a certain month which makes your period come later than usual. I suggest you repeat the test in a few days but if it is still negative, just be patient. When you do get your period, all the symptoms you describe, except the swollen right lymph node which is likely not related, should disappear. In the meantime, lower your salt and caffeine intake (which make you retain more water and make your breast pain worse) and if you do not get your period in another month, I would see a gynecologist for an examination where they may check your hormone levels. I hope this answered your question and good luck!
