Why Am I Having Foul Smelling Urine?

82 year old woman with foul smelling urine but no pain, no sudden urge to urinate, no fever. Change in odor happened in last couple of days--no significant change in diet. Had some bloody vaginal discharge two days ago, has since stopped. Has COPD. Is on prednisone (20 mg 1x day)--has been for two years; paroxetine, spirolactone, enalapril, lipitor, advair and spiriva.

According to my vast clinical experience, the foul smelling urine is due to urinary infection from long-standing use of the steroid. Kindly get urine microscopy and consult with the results for further management guidelines.
