Why Am I Having Sudden Pain In Left Arm Shoulder While Suffering From Vertigo?

I am working in care home and saddenly I start have pain in my left arm in my sholder joins I still go to wark and its getting worth. I have a pain up to my tham . I have a pain days and nights I am wearing my clouth in stragge way because I cant dress how I did before. I went to the doctor and had sone pills which not help.. I scare to loose my work. I miss some work days because I had a vertigo mits stragge as well.. I scare to loose my arms as well. I had x ray done. I have good bones. I think I am owerwork my arm,, What do you think and what you can recommend.

This could be neuromuscular pain and the possible cause could be cervical pathology and that need to be ruled out if I would be your doctor then I would treat you with the "Diclofenac and Acetaminophen" and Amitriptyline these will give excellent result mean while you have to get done the x-ray study of cervical spine, have nice day.
