Why Am I Having Uncomfortable Pain In My Gut?
hi im having uncomfertable pain in my gut, and alot of gas. I cannont sleep because of my anxiety that i am having a heart attack.. ive felt a little bit sick and my arm has hurt only a little bit. I have gone to the ER because of panic attacks before

First come out of the stress because what the symptoms you have could be due to irritable bowel syndrome (IBS) and it is the functional kind of illness and not pathological one, just be positive and practical. If the pain persists then you will have to see the doctor because it has the history of cardiac disease too.
