Neurologist 's  Response
Hi,

Thank you for posting your query.

I have noted your symptoms and details of treatment.

In some people (about 30%) with epilepsy, medications are required for longer than 3 years, and may be lifelong in some cases. So, my advice would be to re-start the medications and continue them long-term, so that we can prevent seizures in future and you can lead a normal life.

I hope my answer helps. Please get back if you have any follow up queries or if you require any additional information.

Wishing you good health,
