ok, i went down into the splits ( can do the splits, I ve been able to do them for 6 months now) and all of the sudden my hip popped 10 times, and it hurt like really bad, but i kept on doing my cheer routine, and then i did i high kick and fell to the floor in pain. and after a week of ice, bio freeze, stretching, and ibuprofen. I can walk and run, but i can t do high kicks, toe touches, splits, or anything that has to do with keeping my knee straight. why does it hurt so bad! what can i do to make it better so i can go back to cheering??
