Why Do I Feel Gas In My Chest?

SOME TIMES I GET THIS LIGHT HEADED FEELING AND MY SHOULDERS START FEELING LIKE SORE,, BUT THE MAIN THING IS THAT I COULD FEEL SOME TYPE OF GAS IN MY CHEST,, I FEEL IT MOVING AROUND,, WENT TO THE DOCTOR AND HE JUST CHECKED MY BLOOD PRESSURE,, AND SAID IT WAS NOTHING JUST ANXIETY,, SHOULD I ASK FOR AN MRI

You have problem of gas that may be because of indigestion problem.

More fatty food consuption may cause gas problem.
Stress and anxiety may aggravate a condition.

Avoid spicy foods and fatty foods.
Avoid gaseous foods like cabbage, cauliflower, carbonated drinks. ..etc.
Drink more water.

Avoid alcohol drinking and smoking.
Avoid citrus food.

Simethicone drug help for gas relief.
Use garlic in food for proper digestion.
Abdominal ultra sonography is helpful for further diagnosis.

After taking this much care still symptoms are present than consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
