Why Do I Feel Pain And Discomfort While Sitting And Bending?
I had a double hernia repair over a year ago, I started having a lot of discomfort and some pain when sitting for over a hour, or bending the pain and discomfort is on the right side only. I have also noticed some bright red specks on my testicle skin. What do you think? Thank You

Hernia on both sides undergone surgical repair always present with post surgical complaints of pain even long term. The reason is the connective tissue predominance there which results in entrapment neuropathies, muscle spasms and pain irrespective of the cause. And testicle needs to be examined before commenting on.
Let the doctor help you by getting a visit to him and hope for the best.Acetaminophen will help meanwhile with some muscle relaxants and posture modifications.
