Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likey costochondritis of rib.An X-ray should be taken to rule out other conditions like TB of lung or pleuritis. For my patients with costochondritis i treat with antiinflammatory gels like nimusulide or diclofenac for local application.Same drugs i give as oral also for some patients.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
