General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

I read carefully your query and understand your concern.

Leg swelling generally occurs because of an abnormal accumulation of fluid in the tissues of the lower extremity. Common causes of leg swelling include
- salt retention,
-cellulitis, congestive
-heart failure,
-venous insufficiency

I suggest to check the cardiac function and do an ultrasound of the leg to evaluate the leg vein.
Meanwhile,I suggest to eleven the legs and avoid salt in the diet.

Hope my answer was helpful.

If you have further queries feel free to contact me again.

Kind regards!
