Why Do I Have Swelling In Uterus?

hey doctor please answer me, there is kinda small swelling in my utrus i can see it in my Outer membrane ,,i dont know what it is it appeared suddenly one day ago it hurts a bit when i touch it,,im so worried about it is it just a bug maybe or what pls help me :(
