Why Do I Notice Dry Skin Around Thighs And Close To Vagina?
Hie doctor, I have serious dry skin inbetween my thighs close to my vagina and inbetween my buttocks. The problem has been going on for about 3 years, I thot it was normal but asked my friends and they said they have never experienced that. That is when I realised that I have a problem. Please I kindly ask for your help. Sometimes the skin peels off after forming a rash
This is a sensitive region and as far as your description goes it sounds like you could be experiencing this purely due to friction from the clothes you wear or due to the weather.
I would advise you to use hydrating/moisturizing lotions or creams on your inner thigh generously. Wear well fitted clothes instead of loose clothes that can move and cause friction between your skin and the clothes.
Try to apply the cream/lotion at least 3-5 times a day intially. You can carry it with you to your school/university or work place, visit the rest room and apply the same. I am sure you will be fine. Write back to me using our premium service where you can uploads images of the affected region,.only if you do not experience any improvement.
Hope this helps.
Best wishes.
