Why Does Oreo Cause Diarrhea?

age 33, 185lbs. Oreo's are giving me blasting diarreah after eating 10 of them 2 hours ago. Why? Some of the ideas I have are milk or glutten...but I can drink milk normally most times, though I dont drink more than a couple 8oz glasses a week and no milk and ceral. If its not lactose or glutten, what other things in oreo's could be an issue?

could be any of the ingredients. if you don't notice this issue with any other foods, likely a preservative or food coloring or sugar substitute. just avoid oreos if that is only noticeable food issue.
