Why Does A Women In Early Forties Having 3 Kids Get Irregular Periods And Fever On The Onset Of Periods ?

I am 43 years.I have 3 child.I have irregular period.yesterday after starting my period I suffered from high fever (103 degree F).& today it stoped.it is always happening that 1 or 2 days after it stopped. somtimes period happens twice in a month.now what to do?

WELL YOUR AGE FOR MENOPAUSE IS NOW NEAR. I MAY BE STARTING OF IT. IF IT IS SO THEN NO NEED TO WORRY AT ALL.
2ND THING YOU HAVE ASSOCIATED FEVER WITH INTER MENSTRUAL BLEEDING SO YOUR SONOGRAPHY REPORT IS NECESSARY. IN SOME CASES THERE MAY BE THICK UTERINE WALL, OR SOME BENIGN FIBROID ETC. IF ONCE YOU RULE OUT THE DIAGNOSIS THEN YOU WILL BE MUCH RELAXED. NOTHING IS INCURABLE NOW.

Looks like u have polymenorrhea which is common in some women, it is least likely that ur fever is assc with periods. U must be having an infection. Get a cbc done with blood and urine culture. Meet a physician for fever with the reports
