what s it mean when it hurts when I urinate and have white discharge and feels like I have a lump in my bell end

Hi,thanks for query.You have not mentioned your age.There could be many reasons for this,common one are urine tract infection,stone disease,infection in urinary bladder etc.Please get your urine examination done and visit your primary care physician.Who after examination and urine report may ask for ultrasound for proper diagnosis.

If it hurts when you pass urine and if the frequency of urine is increased then you are having urinary tract infection.White discharge in females can be due to candid infection which is fungal and needs to be treated with antifungal.So please consult a Gynaec for examination and treatment.
