Why Does My 3 Year Old Daughter Complain Of Upper Roof Mouth Pain?
My 3 year old daughter is complaining of upper roof mouth pain. I don't see any sores and it looks very white. She has complained of this before. She never has a fever with it though n the pain only seems to be for a day or two. She does still stuck on a pacifier. Could this be causing the pain? Or could this be a thrush issue?

from the description of your symptoms she could be having oral thrush i would suggest let her be reviewed by her pediatrician who can examine and say what is wrong.
sometimes using a pacifer can cause pain in the upper side.
