Why Does My Lymph Node Swell And I Have Trouble Swallowing Post Oral Sex?
After performing oral sex on my husband, my right lymph node occasionally swells up and my throat hurts when swallowing. I routinely do STD checks and all came back negative, including HIV. It goes away a few hours later, but appears immediately after the act.

I think the act is quite aggressive and penis goes quite deep inside. You should not worry about STD when you have sex with one partner only. If either has more than one partner, chances of STD increase so what you are interpreting as lymph node is actually throat soreness.
