Why Does My Stomach Feel Bloated With Irregular Bowel Movements?

Hello, my name is Debbie. I have been experiencing some problems for the past 2 months. One is a bloated feeling in my stomach. Even some swelling. I get indigestion alot and I never did before. I have a tremondous amt. of fatigue and an overall feeling of dred. I either have diareah or constipation. Never normal lately. My chest even hurts the past few days and my back hurts on the sides. I have a number of health issues, type 1 diabetes, pernicious anemia, small blockage in my heart, I had chondrosarcoma twice in my left arm and shoulder that was taken care of with surgery only. I am also in the 3rd stages of kidney failure. I have been having night sweats also. I am iron deficient also. What does it sound like to you?

Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history of known case of Type 1 diabetes, pernicious anemia, small blockage in heart, operated chondrosarcoma left arm and shoulder and third stage kidney failure. You have symptoms of bloating, swelling, indigestion, not so normal bowel movements fatigued and chest pains for the last 2 months.
All these symptoms are secondary to the existing problems that you have.
I would advise you the following:
Clinical re-evaluation by your team of Doctors as you have multiple existing problems.
Get the clinical conditions solved to the most optimal conditions so that the curative part taken care of can help you to regain at least some part of recovery.
Symptomatic improvement is possible.
Consider kidney transplantation as a curative form and recovering from most of the symptoms that you have.,
