Why Does One With Pcos Get Severe Menstrual Cramps Occasionally ?

i am having really bad menstrul cramps... keep in mind that i have never once had cramps before..i am 20 also..My period is very heavy also.I have pcos also..any answers why this month is so bad.. WHY am i having cramps now???

Having menstrual cramps in a PCOS patient is good as it means that you had ovulation in this cycle. Ovulatory cycles are associated with pain while anovulatory cycles are painless.There is nothing to worry.Just take Tab. Drotaverine and mefenamic acid.
