Why Had A Feeling Of Cold Liquid Going Bottom After Hitting Head?

Hi, today i was playing basketball and after playing for like 15 minutes i jumped to get the ball and suddenly i feel in the left side of my head like a cold liquid going from top to bottom, this lasted maybe a minute, but dont know what to do. Im 20 years old, 6'6'' 230 pounds.

I really appreciate your concern, if this does caused any clinical symptoms like dizziness, vomiting, syncope, headache, then this could be nonspecific one, and no need to worry about this, but for the next time you need to be alert even if this happens for few second still this may need to be investigated and CT brain would be necessary, hope this information helps, have a nice day.
