Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum. The reason for the irregular periods may be the anemia, and infection. Infection is controlled but anemia would have been there still. So i advise you to consult a physician for diagnosis and treatment. I usually prescribe to my patient with such symptoms hematinics, ofloxacin, and ornidazole. Take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods to hasten the recovery. Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. Thank you.
