Hi
Welcome to Healthcare-Magic
Greetings of the day

Bowel movement occuring 5 times a day is likely to be normal in a 11 month old child. Usually the children in this age group have hyperactive gastro-colic reflux which causes bowel movements after every feeds.
There is no cause for concern if the hild is accepting feeds well, no distension of abdomen.
Take Care

Best Regards
