Why Is Fever Not Reducing Post Vaccination?

Son's age 9 months 3 days; weight 9.74 kgs; had his influenza and measles vaccination yesterday. was advised crocin by doctor in case of fever - 6 hrly SOS. however, his fever isnt coming down too much in spite of the crocin being given every 5 hoorly. Please advise! is meftal okay to be given?

I really appreciate your concern looking to the given history here I could say that if the child is vaccinated then fever is likely and this is the positive feedback mechanism, instead of giving anti pyretic it would be advisable to mange the fever with cold sponging, no need to worry about this, take care and have a nice day.
