Why Is The Weight Fluctuates Between 5-8 Kg Depending On Binge Eating And Also Have Lot If Anxiety?
I have a food problem . I can't stop binging. I'm 5ft 5 and 57kg but my weight fluctuates 5kg-8kg depending on my binge eating. I use to restrict after a binge but now I don't because I know it makes you more prone to binging. I just wanna stop this because I feel discusting and keep gaining weight. Stuck!!! I suffer anxiety too and worry a lot and this is noticeable to others. X
Hello Thanks for writing to us with your health concern. Your weight is perfectly alright for your height, so dont worry. However, binge eating needs to be treated. The condition is called Bulimia. It is basically a psychological disturbance. You should seek the help of a psychologist for your eating disorder as well as your anxiety. Behavioural modification therapy will help you to a great extent. Drugs also might temporarily provide relief. DO not put off treatment for long, before you develop serious issues. Take care.
