Hi.
Thanks for your query.
Noted the history and understood your concerns.
Vomiting, diarrhea and nausea are suggestive of food poisoning or intestinal infection. Although your Doctor has given medicines only for nausea and vomiting, the infection can be cured only by additional antibiotics, metronidazole.
I would advise you the following in such a situation:
Consult your Doctor again for clinical evaluation, examination and insist for investigations"
Stool tests.
Tests of blood for CBC, electrolytes, liver and kidney function.
Ultrasonography of the abdomen.
ALl these will give proper diagnosis and show the clinical picture guiding for medications, symptomatic and supportive medications.
Also take a PPI and Domperidone for nausea and vomiting, which might have already been given by your Doctor.
Once nausea and vomiting are under control take plenty of oral fluids, normal diet.
You may need intravenous fluids and antibiotics if the vomiting odes not get controlled.
I find this answer helpful
