Why Red Rashes Appears On My Nose?

i am using brite cream with tenovate since two months so i had a problem on my nose in the form of some irritations which resembles some red rashes types leaving black marks they are expanding when i go into sunlight my dermatologist recommended me to use diprovate-G cream but results are not good please will you suggest any medicines sir

Hi Dear,

Welcome to HCM.

Understanding your concern. As per your query you have red rashes appears on nose which could be due to dirt, oil get trapped in the pores resulting in sensitive bumps , rosacea ,eczema , reaction to an allergen and exposure to irritating substances like soap and chemicals . I would suggest you to consult dermatologist for proper examination . Doctor will examine physically and order skin test for allergy and blood test for infection. Doctor may prescribe anti bacterial like clindamycin along with anti inflammatory . For now apply warm compresses to nose , exfoliate once a week and apply azelaic acid cream after washing face and take steam .
