I read your query and I understand your concern.

Unfortunately the trauma must have caused a permanent damage to the left side of her brain (which is responsible for right limb movement and language). The surgery has removed the bleeding in the brain which otherwise might have taken her life, but some irreversible damage was already present for which surgery couldn't help. The eptoin has been given to prevent seizures which are frequent in traumatic brain injury.
As for the current deficit I am afraid there is no specific medication, what improvement there will be depends on the ability of the unaffected brain to compensate. So it's not a question of drugs, the most important measure is physical therapy to enhance the forming new connections between brain cells and to preserve muscle and joint mobility. Language could be helped with speech and language therapy if available where you live.
Most improvement happens during the first 6 months so I am afraid full recovery is not attainable, but some degree of improvement can yet be achieved.
I hope to have been of help.
