Will UTI Affects Pregnancy?

i am suffiring from urinary tract infection dr said it was mild hydro nephrosis and in scanning reports every thing was normal except mild ventriculomegaly (11mm)and nuchal thickness is 3.1 i am afraid whether there will be problem with babys growth i am in7th month of pregnancy

Urinary infection may increase the risk of premature labour or may trigger contractions but it should not cause malformations of baby and if there are such features seen on ultrasound then this is not caused by infection. These findings are still nonspecific and it may not mean anything, but further frequent follow up is required to see if problems will occur. At this point there is no concerning findings.
