Will Coconut Oil Speed Up Healing Process Of Rashes Near Jaw Line?

Hi, I had a rash on my neck for a few days which seems to be going away but now it is more prevalent on my jawline. I have had many instances in the past with having yeast based rashed on my neck as well as eye lids. I am assuming this is the same thing. I ahve just been putting coconut oil on it everyday for the past 5 days, asi know coconut oil is an anti fungal, however, i do have a cream for athelets foot and ringworm, can i use this to speed up the healing process?

Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely Tenia corporis, a fungal infection. Coconut oil has antifungal properties but not that strong. For my patients with such conditions i prescribe ketoconazole soap or powder for local use.I also give fluconazole tablet weekly once for 1 month to stop recurrance.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
