Hi

At therapeutic levels, Duphaston contains dydrogesterone has no contraceptive effect as it does not inhibit or interfere with ovulation or the corpus luteum. Hence it does not affect the ability of ovulation kits to detect the time of ovulation.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards
