Will It Be Safe To Take Anti Rabies+tetanus+kamrab For Split Of 1cm?

i was feeding stray pupies & by mistake by finger got in to his mouth & with there sharp teeths i has 1cms slit on right hand middle finger with blood coming out.

I immediately washed with soap & water and after some time the blood stopped.

I went to Dr. he injected anti rabies inj. + tetnaus inj, + kamrab inj.

thereafter 4 more doses of anti rabies in coing days.

Is the treatment OK or you recommend some thing more to be done & further if any pathology test can be done in future when for rabies or dog related disease to acertain if every thing is ok or not.

Hi,
Thank you for asking question on health care magic.
The treatment you have already taken is quite OK.
But I recommend one more dose of Antirabies injection on 90th day.
Injury on finger is more prone to disease because of proximity to the CNS.
Hope this answer will serve your purpose
Please feel free to ask any more queries if required
Take care
