Hi there,
Thanks for your query.
Your abdominal problem is apparently due to either,an intestinal infection of amoeba/H.pylori; or, worms infestation.
If you have associated acidity, burps or regurgitation of bitter acidic fluid in the mouth, frequent episodes of
diarrhea, then it is most likely due to H.pylori.
A 5 days' course of
Metronidazole along with single dose of
Albendazole (deworming drug) and long-term Anti-acid drugs such as
Lansoprazole or
Rabeprazole + Probiotics (such as, Lactobacilli) + digestive enzymes will eradicate the infection and cure your problems.
A 2 weeks' course of anti-H.pylori therapy, followed by will anti-acid drug will cure your problems in case of H.pylori infection.
Consult your doctor and apprise him of my opinion. I am certain that he will agree with me, order required tests, and- based on the reports- will prescribe suitable/modified treatment as advised.
