my mdi reveals regenerative changes of spine with central and bilateral ventrolateral protrusion of l4-l5 and l5-s1 discs causing epidural thecal sac impingement and foramina encroachment.

Hi, ghese changes are not serious issues and can be treated with physiotherapy and medicines.
As there is no cord and nerve root comptession so no need to worry.
