Will Surgery Be Required According To The Sonography Report?

my sonography report says: "both kidneys are normal in size, shape, position, axis and contour. no calculus or hydronephrosis seen. Cortical echotexture and thickness are normal. A 29mm cyst seen at mid pole of right kidney. No para aortic lymphnodes are seen. No ascites is seen. Aorta and IVC are normal
A supraumbilical hernia is seen, it is irreducible and shows omentum as contents. suggestion: clinical corelation"

Will I require surgery or can be cured by non-invasive method

Hello
Thanks for writing to HCM

According to reports there is a 29 mm cyst in mid pole of right kidney. It may be age related simple cyst(though report didn't mentioned about nature of cyst).
However, kidneys are normal in size, shape, position and echotexture.
No calculus or hydronephrosis seen in either kidneys.
No para aortic lymph nodes are seen. No ascites is seen.
Aorta and IVC are normal.

There is also a supraumbilical hernia. It is irreducible and shows omentum as contents. You should consult surgeon. You may need surgery.

Get well soon.
Take Care
